PRIVATE COMMISSION

SEA FANTASY is a 2ft high x 35ft long ceramic tile swimming pool mural completed in 2000.

The mural was designed and painted by James on tiles hand-crafted and fired by Steven and Bonnie Barisof. It consists of 35 custom tiles, 12 inches wide x 20 inches high, and over 300 smaller, solid-color border tiles.

The private project was commissioned by Philippe and Sonia Lee Kahn; the finished mural is still awaiting installation.
