PUBLIC COMMISSIONS:

CELEBRATING FREEDOM is a 10 ft high by 23 ft long mural completed in 2003 by James and his wife, Lisa Jensen.
The mural celebrates the joys of reading and learning, acknowledging the history of apple farming and agriculture in the Freedom area and commemorates the former use of the site as a fire station. The project was sponsored by The Friends of Watsonville Library and Library Director Deborah Barrow.
The mural is located at the Freedom Branch Library at the corners of Airport and Freedom Blvds. in Freedom, CA.
